The conference consists of 2 Plenary Sessions (Opening Session on 1 April & Closing Session on 3 April in the RSU Main Building), 7 Parallel Sections and 10 Thematic Conferences.

The official language of the conference is English.

CME
Attending the conference is certified with 8 CME/day.
Conference Accreditation
RSU staff and students: in order to receive continuing education credits (CME) you must use your RSU ID card at designated points throughout the conference.
Non-RSU participants: in order to receive continuing education credits (CME) you must register online and receive ID card onsite. ID cards will be available for pick-up in the RSU Main Building at 16 Dzirciema iela from 1 April.

To ensure the proper processing of conference participants’ personal data we hereby inform you that participants’ personal data – photographs, voice or video recordings – obtained within the frame of the events of RSU Research Week might be subject to processing. We would like to inform you that presentations submitted to the RSU Research Week, as well as posters, are publicly accessible and available for download for study and research purposes.
Each Research Week participant certifies their compliance with third party intellectual property rights when creating (performing) their material, thus indemnifying the Commissioning party against third party claims.
