Poster presentation competition winners
Poster presentation competition at the conference Knowledge for Use in Practice within the framework of RSU Research Week 2019 was held. The winners were determined by the jury composed of 110 experts, who evaluated a total of 433 poster presentations submitted in 18 sections. The jury selected 52 posters. In addition, simultaneous online voting took place with participation of more than 200 voters – participants of the Research Week events.
Poster presentation #23167 titled Assessment of Biofilm Production by Pathogenic Bacteria Isolated from Tonsillar Crypts of Patients with Chronic Tonsillitis by Renāta Klagiša, Arta Olga Balode, Renārs Broks, Prof. Juta Kroiča and Assoc. Prof. Ligija Ķīse received the highest score given by online voters (76.80, 77 votes, average grade – 5.0).
